Pipeline

- QA detects structural errors, non-Latin characters and AI-tells; corrects up to 3 times with MiniMax and escalates to Gemini if needed.
- Compliance applies regex hard-veto on personal-recommendation language and runs an LLM review with Gemini.
- Publisher publishes with a 12-hour human endorsement deadline. If the responsible editor does not confirm in that window, the article is auto-unpublished.
